We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Agile Delivery Manager to help a public sector organisation enhance its agile delivery capability and embed best practice across teams.

This role is focused on coaching, mentoring, knowledge transfer, and capability development, supporting teams to improve workload management, agile delivery practices, and continuous improvement. You will lead training initiatives, establish effective ways of working, and help upskill staff to increase organisational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
  • Design and deliver agile training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Promote best practice in delivery management, prioritisation, and workload planning.
  • Support teams in adopting and optimising Azure DevOps for planning, reporting, and delivery management.
  • Build organisational capability through continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and encourage collaborative working.

Essential Experience

  • Active SC Clearance.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or Scrum Master.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience delivering training and developing team capability.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in public sector or similarly complex environments.

Desirable

  • Strong Azure DevOps experience.
  • Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, AgilePM, ICAgile).
  • Experience establishing communities of practice or agile centres of excellence.

SC clearance is essential for this position.
