We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, user research sessions, and process mapping activities.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, epics, process maps, and as-is/to-be models.
  • Define business value, benefits, and success metrics.
  • Support Agile delivery teams, promoting Scrum and Agile best practices.
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and change.

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience as an Agile Business Analyst delivering digital, software, or transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering skills.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, business impact analysis, and benefits realisation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver at pace.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience supporting business change and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Experience with UX and user research.
  • Knowledge of service design and user-centred delivery approaches.
