About the Role: You will play a pivotal role in our Business Information Transformation (BIT) programme. The BIT programme is a strategic initiative focused on transforming the clients into a more data-driven organisation. By leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence tools, we aim to enhance decision-making, optimise operations, and foster innovation across all departments. As part of this transformation, you will play a critical role in engaging with the user community, translating their data analysis requirement into high-impact dashboards and reports that empower teams with the insights they need to succeed. High-quality, clean, and trusted data is seen as a core enabler for service delivery improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience:
