Our Company specialises in the loss assessing services within the fire and flood insurance sector. Due to our reputation and demand for our services, we are looking to expand our sales team in the Leeds area.

Responsibilities:

  • Get the client on board with the company
  • Explain to the client what the loss assessor does
  • Travel to different areas
  • Wait for leads to be sent to you
  • Visit potential clients
  • Advise on the company services
  • Sell a service package based on their individual needs

Qualifications:

As a Major Incident Sales Consultant, on a daily basis your time will mainly be spent visiting potential clients at their home and advising them about the Company's services, building a rapport with them and selling a service package suited to their needs on a face to face basis. You will be expected:

  • To work the hours necessary to meet your targets
  • To do whatever it takes to reach your targets
  • To meet the challenge of the role head on
  • To be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
  • Saturdays and Sundays are classed as normal working days but you will have 2 days off a week
  • To be passionate
  • To be determined

Additional Information:

THE PACKAGE:

  • Basic Salary of £25k per annum, OTE 65K
  • Vehicle and fuel allowance, mobile phone and laptop provided
  • Choice of Company car or extra £450 per month car allowance
  • Monday to Friday with weekend on a rota basis every other week
