We are seeking experienced Kitchen Designers to join our showroom teams. You will pair strong design skills with commercial confidence and bring a genuine passion for creating homes that work beautifully.

As a Harvey Jones Designer, you will lead clients through the early, most creative stages of their project, shaping layouts, refining ideas, and presenting considered proposals that reflect how they live.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth design consultations, taking time to understand routines, priorities and aspirations.
  • Develop bespoke kitchen and cabinetry layouts.
  • Present designs with clarity and conviction, guiding clients confidently through key decisions.
  • Build strong client relationships that generate trust, referrals and repeat business.
  • Work within a structured, expert‑led process where production, procurement and installation specialists take ownership at the appropriate stages to ensure a seamless delivery.

You will be part of a wider team of specialists, from technical and production experts to installation professionals, who collectively uphold the Harvey Jones standard and ensure every project is delivered with care and precision. You will bring previous kitchen or interior design experience and a strong commercial track record. Just as important are empathy, listening skills and the ability to balance creativity with accountability. You are articulate, organised and self‑motivated. You take pride in your presentation and in the detail of your work. You understand that trust is earned through expertise and follow‑through.
