We craft our kitchens in simple, beautifully made designs. They are high quality using traditional construction techniques, and each design can be customised and personalised to our clients\’ exact needs and tastes. Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, planers, moulders, edge banders, and drills
  • Produce cabinet components to technical drawings and specifications
  • Set machine speeds, feed rates, and tooling to achieve precise cuts and finishes
  • Prepare machinery for production runs, including tooling changes, calibration, and test cuts
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Report any faults, breakdowns, or safety issues immediately
  • Check dimensions, tolerances, and finishes of machined components
  • Ensure components meet technical drawing specifications before passing to assembly or finishing
  • Follow PPE, COSHH, and machine safety protocols
  • Keep the workshop and machine areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free
  • Ensure safe handling of materials and machinery
  • Work closely with all departments to meet production schedules
  • Communicate effectively regarding material availability, machine performance, and potential issues
