They are high quality using traditional construction techniques, and each design can be customised and personalised to our clients' exact needs and tastes. Role Overview:
- Assemble cabinets, drawers, and carcasses ensuring square, level, and robust construction
- Fit hinges, drawer runners, and other hardware according to specifications
- Ensure units are ready for spraying/finishing or installation
- Inspect your own work and completed units for accuracy, finish quality, and compliance with drawings
- Identify and correct defects, misalignments, or construction errors
- Work closely with QC and Production teams to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with Production, Technical, and Finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Escalate design or manufacturing issues promptly
- Support other areas and functions of the manufacturing process when necessary
- Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble components using hand tools, machinery, and jigs
