As a Showroom Host, you are a Brand Ambassador, will support the Harvey Jones client journey and showcase our latest design innovations. The successful candidate will cover both our Marlow and Bicester Showroom.
Your role is crucial in optimising showroom coverage, both in person and through facilitating Designers\’ and Design Assistants\’ diary management. - Manage stock stationery orders and monitor supplies.
- Maintain showroom presentation, including visual props.
- Oversee cleaner’s management and maintain the showroom maintenance checklist.
Administration Duties:
- Manage client communication, filing, and petty cash.
- Handle showroom diary management to ensure sales cover.
- Meet and greet walk-in prospective clients in the absence of a sales designer, following the training provided.
- Issue reports to different functions/management as requested and ensure they are recorded in the appropriate communication channel (e.g., KPIs of the role and petty cash management).
Client Engagement:
- Provide a warm welcome to potential clients when no Kitchen Designer is present or available.
- Ensure conversations align with company brand guidelines and support the onward client journey.
- Calling customers who have requested a brochure to qualify their interest and potentially arranging a Discover session with a sales Designer.
