Our client, a leading organisation based in the heart of the City, is seeking a highly experienced Treasury Manager to lead a critical 6–9 month transformation project.

This is a unique opportunity to bring your deep treasury expertise to a high-impact role where your input will shape both immediate outcomes and long-term practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Review, document, and improve treasury workflows and cash management processes
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including system implementation and policy design
• Partner with global banks and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic financial solutions
• Advise on tax and accounting considerations within treasury operations
• Support and train team members during rollout of new processes
• Improve operational cash flow forecasting and support daily treasury operations

About You:

• 10+ years of experience in treasury or cash management, ideally within complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities
• Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial accounting is a plus
• Confident communicator and independent operator with a collaborative mindset
