The Role

  • You will work closely with senior leadership, providing commercially focused tax advice across a broad range of matters including:
    • Corporate reorganisations and restructures
    • Business disposals and acquisitions
    • SDLT and Inheritance Tax planning
    • Trusts and estates
    • Residency and domicile matters
    • Wealth structuring and succession planning
    • HMRC enquiries and disclosures

You will also oversee complex personal, corporate and Trust tax compliance work, while mentoring junior team members and helping drive the continued growth of the tax function.

About You

  • CTA qualified (STEP qualification advantageous)
