This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and high net worth individuals within a progressive and collaborative firm environment. The role offers a strong blend of advisory and compliance work, with exposure to complex tax planning projects and direct client interaction.
The Role
- You will work closely with senior leadership, providing commercially focused tax advice across a broad range of matters including:
- Corporate reorganisations and restructures
- Business disposals and acquisitions
- SDLT and Inheritance Tax planning
- Trusts and estates
- Residency and domicile matters
- Wealth structuring and succession planning
- HMRC enquiries and disclosures
- You will also oversee complex personal, corporate and Trust tax compliance work, while mentoring junior team members and helping drive the continued growth of the tax function.

- Strong technical knowledge across personal, corporate and Trust taxation
- Proven experience managing owner-managed business and private client portfolios
- Strong advisory background with excellent client relationship skills
