We are recruiting for a qualified Audit Assistant Manager/Manager - Charities and not for profit to join an award winning chartered accountancy firm in their Horsham offices in West Sussex. This is a rare opportunity for an audit professional with a passion for working with charity and not for profit clients to join a thriving and highly skilled team.
In this busy and varied role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of external audits, financial statement preparation, and compliance checks. You will look after your own portfolio of clients and ensure the efficiency and profitability of work. You will work closely with clients, partners and fellow managers, as well as supporting, coaching and developing more junior team members.
You will be joining a well run, highly regarded firm who offer an inclusive and positive working environment and will encourage you to develop your skills and progress your career.
About you:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Experience of UK charity audit work
- Organised, enthusiastic and a strong communicator
- Live within commuting distance of Horsham
- Either an experienced audit manager, or an audit senior looking to progress
