This district council is searching for a Senior Planning Solicitor to integrate into their Haywards Heath-based legal team. Join them in their pursuit of building a collaborative and capable legal offering, flexing your confidence as the line manager of two team members while independently providing planning law advice for primarily non-contentious matters.

As well as attending council planning meetings and providing ad hoc advice to local councillors, you will conduct the full spectrum of planning matters, consisting of enforcement notices and the drafting and service of various orders and deeds, in addition to Section 106 agreements. Knowledge of SAMM and SANG contributions is preferable, as is a desire to remain informed on planning legislation developments.
