Senior Human Resources Advisor

Supporting a professional services client based in Tunbridge Wells with the introduction of a Senior HR Advisor Partner to the firm.

You will have a suite of experience ideally gained within a professional services environment to bring to the role to include recruitment and onboarding (and exit management!) employee relations, performance management, training & development and policy & compliance to name a few! We\’ll also include adhoc projects to the mix as well!

Although there will be a flexible working pattern working to the needs of the business, we would expect the successful applicant to be based a reasonable commute from the centre of Tunbridge Wells.
