This Kent-based firm is looking for a driven solicitor who has established themselves within the region to incorporate into their like-minded team. You'll be instrumental in expanding the already wide range of expertise that this firm offers, working on a multitude of matters from their Tunbridge Wells office.

The advice you offer will span from contractual disputes and breaches (both domestic and international) to IP protection, director and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.

With a collaborative team and clear progression, you'll have the space you need to thrive in this role. You'll receive all the guidance and support you desire, as well as the opportunity to work as part of a team on large-scale disputes, all the while exercising the autonomy you've earned with years of experience.

For this Senior Associate: Commercial Dispute Resolution role, you'll ideally have:

• 6+ years of PQE as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.
