A highly regarded and fast-growing Education team is searching for a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join them in a leadership-orientated role, supporting the team’s continued success and expansion.
The work is varied, socially impactful, and sits at the cutting edge of Education law. You’ll advise schools, academies, dioceses, and HR consultancies on a broad spectrum of employment and HR matters—from grievances and contracts to policies and recruitment—often dealing with cases that set benchmarks within the sector.
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload while supporting the development of others and playing a key role in the strategic direction of the practice while fostering your own development with a real potential for progression to partnership.
