Working within a team that ‘fights the good fight’, your role will encompass providing a broad range of employment advice. You will act primarily for employees, with some employer work alongside this. Your clients will consist of senior executives, directors, and shareholders—largely at C-suite level—as well as family offices, leading financial and regulatory bodies, and even other City law firms.

For this Senior Associate Employment Solicitor role, you will ideally have:

  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience (Senior Associate level) in employment law.
  • Experience dealing with senior executives or a desire to develop and learn within this area.
