Job Description
This is a superb, newly created role for an experienced Payroll Specialist to own the end to end Payroll process and make it your own.
This is initially a 12 month fixed-term role but it could have scope to go on longer for the perfect person.
Your key duties will centre on...
- Running end to end Payroll in a multi entity group setting
- Administration of year-end Payroll activities
- Administration of benefits
- Reviewing existing Payroll processes and continually improving within a growing organisation
- Leading a Payroll Administrator
The ideal candidate for this role, will...
- Have substantial end to end Payroll Management experience (ie. not just data inputting)
- Be comfortable with high-volume and complex Payroll (varying frequencies)
- Be analytical and have an eye for improving systems and processes
- Have substantial experience operating as "number 1" in Payroll
- Be available to start a new role within 1-2 weeks of being offered one
