The role sits within the dispute resolution department and will involve working closely with another partner to support and manage a team of ten experts in this practice area, with responsibilities spanning large-scale disputes from the Tunbridge Wells office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with another partner to manage and develop a ten-strong dispute resolution team within the wider practice.
  • Advise on contractual disputes and breaches (domestic and international), IP protection, director and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.
  • Work on large-scale disputes as part of a collaborative team, with opportunities to contribute to the firm’s expanding range of expertise.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of PQE as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation solicitor, lawyer, legal executive (CILEx), or litigator.
  • Established track record in the Kent region and the ability to operate with a degree of autonomy.
