They’re looking for a driven solicitor who has established themselves within the region to incorporate into their like-minded team and work closely alongside another partner to supplement management of the ten experts in this team, who sit within a wider dispute resolution department.

With a collaborative team and clear progression with a real possibility of becoming an Equity Partner, you'll have the space you need to thrive in this role. You'll receive all the support you desire, as well as the opportunity to work as a team on large-scale disputes, all the while exercising the autonomy you've earned with years of experience.

The advice you offer will span from contractual disputes and breaches (both domestic and international) to IP protection, director and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.

For this Commercial Dispute Resolution Partner role, you'll ideally have:

• 8+ years of PQE as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.
