This is a truly unique opportunity to join a fast-growing "Startup" company that is well on its way to establishing itself as a market leader in its field. You will be joining a wider finance team of 4 at what is a truly exciting time for the business! As is the case when working within a scale‑up, this really is an "all hands on deck" type position, whereby you’ll be involved in:
- Month‑end processing across various entities, including involvement in intercompany transactions
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Cashflow
- Assisting with the improvement of financial controls
- Support with the preparation of management reports
- Liaising with Auditors directly
This position would have scope to evolve into a Senior Associate / Finance Manager role in time, so the successful candidate will need:
- To be ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA qualified
- To have varied accounting knowledge and be comfortable working in an "all hands on deck" type role
- To be ambitious and driven
- To be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, busy and multi‑entity environment (experience of working in a scale/startup would be particularly useful!)
