This leading firm is searching for a Court of Protection ?P?aralegal ?with at least 2 years of Court of Protection experience to join their vast standalone department of Court of Protection experts based in their Tunbridge Wells office.

With referrals from their clinical negligence and private client teams, you'll have a varied and high-quality workload, focusing predominantly on brain injury matters with some work concerning the elderly. For this Court of Protection ?P?aralegal role, you will ideally have:
- A genuine passion and drive to develop your specialism within the Court of Protection sphere.
- ?A?t least two years of? paralegal experience (ideally including ?brain injury matters)?.
- Experience of running your own caseload, so you are able to work autonomously.
