You’ll take full ownership of the tax function across the UK, Ireland, and the US — delivering meaningful impact in a flexible, leadership-level role.
The Role
- Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead tax compliance, reporting, and governance, while shaping the group’s tax strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Tax Compliance: Lead UK and international compliance.
- Tax Reporting: Prepare tax disclosures and maintain ledger accuracy.
- Cash Tax Forecasting: Oversee quarterly payments and forecasting.
- VAT & Governance: Manage UK VAT and ensure SAO/CCO compliance.
About you:
- ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong expertise in corporation tax and working knowledge of VAT and employment duties.
- A confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and manage external partnerships.
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
