Providing an opportunity to step into a growing firm looking to upscale their corporate commercial offering, this role will enable you to utilise an untapped element of the firm’s existing client base, who are largely SME clients. These clients will need your support with their growth and investment, assisting with their array of commercial matters from growth shares, EMI schemes, commercial and shareholder agreements, to managing their mergers and acquisitions.
They’re searching for an experienced and savvy commercial solicitor to match their business prowess and join them in their journey of expansion. As head of the team, you will have the freedom to forge your own path as well as that of your team, not only benefiting from their existing clients but also using your business acumen and your own established professional network to develop their client base further and encourage growth as a leader.
