Are you a technically strong Finance Manager or Senior Accountant (with a team) who enjoys working with non-finance teams to support real business performance? We’re representing a successful manufacturing and warehousing business based in West Sussex, United Kingdom, looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to play a key role in their growing team. This isn’t a pure reporting role. You’ll get the chance to develop the business analysis function, helping provide valuable insights that shape decisions and support leadership conversations with senior stakeholders. Strong accounting and reporting skills will be important, but your ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and influence colleagues across the business is where you’ll really add value.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Solid experience in financial reporting (FRS 102)
- Interest in partnering with operations to improve performance
- Experience in inventory-led industries (manufacturing, warehousing, FMCG) is desirable
This is a stable, ambitious business that invests in progression and development. If you’re ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and build towards a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.
