Your days will vary from handling matters relating to divorce; matrimonial arbitration/mediation; pre-nuptial agreements; financial disputes; custody agreements; and wills & trusts disputes.

You’ll be instrumental in expanding the already wide range of expertise that this firm offers while absorbing the wisdom of your team members, along with the firm’s wider private client offering and expert support staff.   • Experience handling matters relating to: divorce; matrimonial arbitration/mediation; matrimonial finance disputes; pre-nuptial agreements; cohabitation disputes; Children Act, etc.
  • Knowledge of general family-related legislation and relevant case law.
