This is a newly created role, joining a growing group based on the outskirts of Crawley. Given the success and plans of the business, this is a role that has real potential. You will be reporting into a very experienced Finance Director and you will be second in command, responsible for:
- Preparing all aspects of management reports
- Group consolidations
- Overseeing the processing of Payroll
- Multi-currency transactions
- Business partnering, focusing on improving systems and processes
- Leading the wider finance department of 4
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have strong experience within an international/group setting
- Be a confident team leader, comfortable in managing a small team
