Our client, a PE-backed business and leader in their field, is looking for a Billing Administrator to join the team. Based near Crawley, they are known for their professional approach, strong ethos, and commitment to developing their people.
This role would suit someone who is a recent Graduate with some administration / Excel skills.
Role Overview:- Review and analyse data, spotting discrepancies and resolving issues with clients or suppliers
- Assist with onboarding new clients and keeping records up to date
- Use Excel to manage, compare, and present data clearly and accurately
- Data entry
- Handle complex client queries and ensure they are resolved efficiently
- Monitor financial data and flag any potential risks
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- £24,000-£26,000 per year
- Favourable 35-hour working week with flexible hours
- Hybrid working once settled (3 days home working per week)
