Are you looking to build a career in employment law? This specialist team is seeking a talented employment paralegal to join their well-respected practice in Brighton. They’re after an ambitious legal professional to step into a key support role, working alongside highly experienced solicitors who primarily advise employers. You’ll work closely with senior solicitors across a wide range of sectors, from aviation to construction, retail, financial services, and recruitment.
With strong guidance and access to extensive internal resources, you’ll have everything you need to gain solid experience and develop a career in employment law. As the newest member of a small but expert team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting their established employment offering. You’ll get consistent mentorship and the opportunity to build your skills quickly in a collaborative environment.
Your work will focus on supporting an array of matters for retained clients, including:
- Preparing tribunal bundles
- Liaising with tribunals
- Drafting settlement agreements
- Gathering client information
- Drafting contracts of employment
- Occasional opportunities to review client handbooks and policies
