To excel in this role, you will:
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.
- Have a working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Ideally, an awareness of the legal market relating to dispute resolution, IT, IP and Telecommunications.
- Preferably, experience with IP matters.
