You’re a Property Finance Solicitor, taking every opportunity to better yourself and carve out your ideal career. This role at a historically renowned regional firm offers strong employee well-being and opportunities to work with a team of legal experts keen to impart knowledge.
This firm is seeking an Associate Property Finance Solicitor with up to seven years of experience to join their expanding real estate department based in Tunbridge Wells.
Acting for clients including banks, major financial institutions, private equity houses and high net worth individuals, as well as advising borrowers, the team covers areas such as commercial, development, bridging and mezzanine finance, sale of loan portfolios, enforcement of security, servicing requirements, complex inter-creditor agreements, and more.
You’ll work alongside independently ranked solicitors in a well-resourced, well-located office, with cross-department collaboration and access to unique property finance matters across the UK and beyond.
Responsibilities / Requirements
- A genuine passion and drive, together with commerciality, to develop your reputation within the property finance sphere.
- Between 3 and 7 years of experience within a recognised real estate finance team.
