A well-regarded legal practice is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Employment and Professional Discipline team. Working closely with an established specialist, you will support an existing caseload while helping to grow a thriving practice area over the long term.

- Supporting a growing Employment and Professional Discipline practice, advising clients through regulatory investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and related contentious matters.
- Advising and representing professionals facing regulatory and disciplinary proceedings.
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to hearings and resolution.
- Preparing cases for hearings and related court proceedings.
- Working closely with colleagues across specialist practice areas.
- Building relationships with clients, referrers, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to the continued growth of a specialist and expanding practice area.
To excel in this Employment Solicitor role, you will ideally bring:
- 3-6 years’ PQE in employment law, litigation, or a related contentious practice area.
