Overview

We are hiring for a Part Time HR Manager to join a growing chartered accountancy firm in their office in Horsham, West Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified HR Manager to lead the HR function and support their growing team. Reporting directly to the Partners you’ll manage all aspects of HR and assist in the growth of the business by developing and enhancing their people strategies.

Responsibilities

This is a newly created role, so you will be required to design and implement HR procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws, update documentation, oversee employee well being and promote and enhance DEI. You will also be responsible for recruitment and retention and reviewing company training and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR manager generalist, ideally gained in an accountancy practice/professional services environment
  • Self motivated, organised and influential, used to working in a smaller/growing business
  • A CIPD qualification would be ideal
  • Looking to work part time, ideally 3 days per week
  • Live within a reasonable commute of Horsham and willing to be office based
