We are working with a well-established, successful business in East Sussex to recruit a HR Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the HR Manager, you would have involvement across the HR / recruitment function – this role will suit someone studying their CIPD Level 3.
Role Overview
- Support the full employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Assist with payroll and employee queries
- Manage recruitment administration and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and inductions
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
