We are recruiting for a part qualified/AAT accountant with a strong small accountancy practice background to join a growing accountancy firm in Eastbourne, East Sussex as a Junior Client Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic accountant to join a firm with ambitious growth plans, offering a varied and interesting workload, a lively and friendly working environment, and great career prospects. They are based in a great location in central Eastbourne.
In this junior client manager role you will assist the client manager in servicing a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships, and being responsible for preparing year‑end accounts, personal and corporate tax, VAT, management accounts and bookkeeping. Over time you will be given your own clients and receive ample training and support to develop your skills across all areas of general practice.
About you
- Previous experience in a small/medium sized accountancy practice
- Confident in preparing year‑end accounts
- Organised, reliable, self‑motivated
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Live within commuting distance of Eastbourne, East Sussex
This role is ideal for candidates who have gained a few years of experience and are ready to take more responsibility, progressing quickly within the firm.
