This is an excellent opportunity which would suit a dynamic Credit Control expert, who enjoys leading a team and driving process improvements.
This is a fast-paced busy environment and, in addition to being hands-on in your efforts to reduce aged debt, you will also be supporting a team of 4 Credit Controllers in their work, while continually looking at ways to improve processes and systems.
The business is growing and it is a role which could well evolve over time.
Key duties from the off will include…
- Management of Credit Control team and processes
- Creating KPI reports
- Developing relationships across the group
- Conducting 121 appraisals with staff
This position could suit those working in Team Leader/ Supervisor roles or perhaps those in Senior Credit Controller posts and now wishing to make the “step up”.
The suitable candidate WILL have…
- At least 5-10 years’ Credit Control experience and be “hands-on” in the Collection of debt
- Experience of leading/managing a Credit Control team previously and be confident in doing so
- An analytical mindset, as well as an eye for improving systems and processes
- The ability to remain calm and composed within a fast-paced, ever changing working environment
In return, the successful candidate will receive:
