This is a unique opportunity to join an absolute AI unicorn at a time of hypergrowth! The company is a Series C Startup, building something that will define our generation, and they are looking to add to their lean finance team.
This is a Payroll & Equity Manager role and you will need to have drive, ambition and an eye for driving improvements to systems/processes.
Key Duties- Managing global Payroll, across various platforms, including inputs, adjustments, reconciliations and calculations.
- Compensation reporting, including SBC calculations, payroll tax events, mobility considerations, and audit-ready documentation.
- Running global equity plans, including grants, vesting and platform maintenance.
- Reviewing all existing processes and driving improvements where necessary.
- Experience of managing Payroll through a Global Payroll system.
- Experience of administering equity plans across a global business.
- The ability to interpret and apply U.S. tax, payroll, and accounting rules related to equity compensation, including ASC 718 principles.
- Excellent pay, which will be reviewed with progress.
