In this innovative and dynamic position, you’ll use your in-depth legal knowledge and digital savvy to aid in the progress of this well-known healthcare company’s mission to digitise their healthcare solutions.
You will be responsible for digital data & data privacy within this team of highly skilled in-house lawyers. Utilising your stakeholder management skills and legal prowess, you’ll play an integral role in this team and become a high-profile individual within this company’s cross-functional matrix management system.
For this Legal Counsel (Digital Products & Data Privacy) role, you will ideally have:
- A curious and intellectual mindset: a willingness to remain abreast of changes in legislation, particularly relating to advances in Artificial Intelligence and technology more generally.
- Excellent communication skills: with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders and represent your company by advocating for your decisions in instances of litigation when necessary.
- Solid business acumen: possessing the savviness to identify potential risks whilst being pragmatic and flexible in your decision-making.
- Strong technical legal ability in terms of reviewing, drafting, amending and negotiating highly complex and high-value commercial contracts relating to digital products and solutions.
- Legal experience within the digital sphere, ideally within the realm of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or medical devices. A working knowledge of data privacy laws is also desirable.
