We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a Finance team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role will provide essential support within the finance function, focusing primarily on sales invoicing and purchase ledger processing using SAP Business One (SAP B1).

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing and processing accurate sales invoices
  • Assisting with purchase ledger data entry and maintenance
  • Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks
  • Ensuring financial records are kept up to date and organised
  • Working within SAP Business One (SAP B1) to manage transactions

Working Hours

Part-time, afternoons only Approx. 11:45 / 12:00 – 16:45, Monday to Friday

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar accounting systems (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in an office environment
