An exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing business based near Bexhill, as Finance Manager. You'll be joining a small, high-performing finance team and working closely with the Group CFO to oversee the day-to-day finance function. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a fully qualified accountant who enjoys working across a broad remit and wants to play a key part in supporting a growing business.
The Role:
- Managing and supporting a small finance team
- Overseeing the day-to-day transactional finance function
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Producing monthly management accounts across multiple entities
- Supporting the Group CFO with budgeting and forecasting
- Providing financial insight and support to the wider business
- Helping to improve and develop finance processes as the business continues to grow
About You
We're looking for a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who is commercially minded, hands-on and keen to make an impact within a growing business. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing or leading a small finance team
