This well-established consultancy is looking for two Employment Solicitors to join their growing team - one with more of a litigation focus (with some advisory work), and another with a blended mix of contentious and advisory experience. You do not need to bring a book of work with you, nor do you need to hold the title of Partner;what matters most is that you are confident engaging directly with clientsand comfortable managing your own caseload.
You will be joining a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment, with monthly team meetings and regular contact with the wider team.

For this role, you will ideally have:
- Strong experience in employment law, whether primarily litigation-focused or a blend of contentious and advisory work?
- Confidence managing client relationships ?and a caseload independently
- A collaborative, team-orientated approach, despite the flexible/remote nature of the role
- ?You must be either a qualified solicitor or CILEx in England and Wales.
