Site Manager - No.2 required on a freelance basis to start immediately. Our client has an existing project in Ashford, Kent. The project has 4 - 5 months left to run and is looking to support the project No1 Site Manager with a No2 Site Manager.
The project is a new build retail unit with full fit out and associated external and car park works. They are looking for someone with the usual Site Manager qualifications, such as SMSTS, First Aid as a minimum, and Black OR White CSCS card.
The role will be out on site supervising sub-contractors, checking RAMS, ensuring strict Health & Safety compliance, dealing with deliveries etc., leaving the No1 to chair site meetings, chase supply chain and complete project paperwork, knowing that there is a strong presence out on site at all times.
