Harvey Jacob Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail construction projects across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire.
The role can start freelance with a view to permanent, managing 2–3 live projects and ensuring delivery to quality, cost and schedule targets.
You will coordinate mobilisations, programmes and stakeholder communications while visiting sites weekly and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
