Construction Site Administrator Our client are a Main Contractor, running a large construction project in Bedford. They have are currently looking to recruit a Site Administrator to join the team in the delivery of this large project over the next 2-3 years. Typical duties will include Manage meeting calendars Replenishment of office supplies and consumables Front of house for visitors and enquiries Provide general admin support to the site Manage correspondence, filing, scanning, and record Set up site folders, labelling etc. Assist with timesheets, expenses, and invoice processing, collection of tickets Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions, organise group calendar. Manage the cleaner for the site Manage the printers, supplies of paper & Ink Provide the QS team with delivery notes and confirmation of deliveries. Support team with meetings and arrange catering if necessary. Manage the collection of H&S File data from the supply chain Manage Snag R software & chase close out of snags from supply BREEAM - assisting with tracking and logging of items such as energy use, materials, deliveries including collations of any required certification Assist the Project Director with any client issues relating to post completion/handover Working closely with Document Controller for printing and sending drawings where required Co-ordination / Collation alongside Design Manager of all consultant responsibilities of the Handover Checklist (Building User guide, BRUKL, EPC, Access & Maintenance strategy, Asset Register ) Collation of commissioning documents and ensure they are logged/signed/issued accordingly Ensure key areas such as IT integration/MPAN numbers for utilities are understood and process agreed by all relevant Assist with Certification that must be issued to Building Assisting team with ensuring Planning Conditions are closed out where required Support with Online inductions via Datascope Will need to be Proficient with Microsoft sweet of softwares If this sounds of interest, please apply immediately
