The project will be in Basildon and will consist of the demolition and strip out of an existing unit, a new ramp built to the rear of the unit, all new drainage runs, work to the car park and full fit out of a Supermarket. Circa 20 week programme, likely weeks work with an anticipated start date of 13th April 2026.
We will require a client facing manager who is self motivated, proactive in chasing supply chain and for information/clarification from the design team. A supply chain is in place that are experienced delivering these schemes as they are procured/work on a schedule of rates which is agreed at the start of the year.
You will be responsible for management of programme, quality and safety compliance, site set up, project paperwork, daily interaction with the client, rigidly checking contractors RAMS, organising permits to work, and reporting back to the visiting Contracts Manager.
