Your role as a Nursery Practitioner:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in fostering the intellectual, social and emotional development of the children. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll nurture positive relationships and ensure a safe stimulating environment for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build positive and caring relationships with children and be responsible for their well-being, welfare, and development in the nursery.
  • Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and be confident to engage in high quality interactions with children in your care.
  • Operate within the key person system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.

What we are looking for:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification or above.
  • Minimum 6 months of recent childcare experience.
  • The ability to promote good practice in a professional manner.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to take on candidates who require sponsorship.
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check and 2 satisfactory references.
