About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Revit / BIM Co-Ordinator to join our growing Preconstruction team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within an industry-leading environment that embraces the latest BIM integration, digital construction methods, and CAD/Revit technologies.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality Revit models, Integration of BIM, and MEP co-ordination across a range of projects.

Working closely with both Preconstruction and Contracting teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage Revit models & CAD drawings for Mechanical & Electrical systems across all project stages.
  • Carry out 3D co-ordination using Autodesk software including Auto CAD, Revit, Fabrication for MEP, and Navisworks.
  • Integration of BIM principles and requirements on specific projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams to co-ordinate multidisciplinary design models.
  • Review construction documentation and drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in MEP design and co-ordination reviews with project stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving spatial co-ordination and clash detection issues.
  • Prepare information and documentation for co-ordination meetings.
  • Maintain and update digital construction documentation.
  • Support and contribute to the company's Digital Construction and BIM strategy.
  • Manage and distribute project drawings through Procore software (training provided where required).
  • Contribute ideas that support innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team.

Applicants should demonstrate the following

• Proven experience using Autodesk software packages including

  • Auto CAD
  • Revit
  • Navisworks
  • Fabrication for MEP
  • Relevant previous experience of production of co-ordinated models/drawings within an MEP environment.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and MEP co-ordination principles.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Technical qualification in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
  • Qualification or certification in BIM technologies/processes.
  • Previous trade experience within an MEP discipline.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols including PAS 1192 & ISO 19650.
  • Experience working within a Building Services environment.
