What We're Looking For
AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible)
Strong experience in residential valuation
Solid technical knowledge of construction, pathology, and risk management
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ambition to develop into senior or leadership responsibilities
A commitment to mentoring, sharing best practice, and contributing to the success of the wider team
Your Role
Carry out lender and private valuations and Level 2 surveys
Deliver high-quality, risk-aware reporting in a regulated environment
