We’re currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a thriving and growing business based in the Kidderminster area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is looking to develop within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing warehouse administration duties to support daily operations
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
  • Handling communication via phone and email with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Updating and maintaining weekly reports and spreadsheets
  • Accurate data entry and maintaining stock and delivery records
  • Liaising with warehouse, transport, and office teams to ensure smooth operations

About You:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse administration or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
