We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join our client based at their Head Office in Burton on Trent. We are looking for an individual who has strong experience of Supply Chain Management, along with excellent leadership skills and a proven ability of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Main responsibilities:
- Container and truck scheduling
- Inventory management for the assigned warehouse
- Monitors and reports on logistic performance and cost
- Logistic point of contact for projects involving Supply Chain HQ (tenders, ...)
- Carrying out inventories
- Managing and monitoring direct delivery
- Control of logistics services within the region
- Logistics support on sales on availability of product and deliveries
- Management plan preparation in line with HQ guidelines and budget management
- Inbound and outbound flow management
- Invoices control and approval
